New Brand Voice Development + Established Brand Campaign Examples:

Worked to develop and launch new product: MomentumBox. Collaborated with internal stakeholders, designers, and project managers to launch. Established brand voice, product development timelines, and created content for launch site.

Wrote and curated messaging for 60+ assets from print mailers to push notifications and web and app placements. Included A/B testing, message cohesive, art direction and collaboration with external stakeholders.

Strategically developed and wrote a businesses sustainability stance including case studies, eCommerce strategy and brand voice alignment.

Preliminary round of socials for LA Rams partnership. Client requested link be in caption and did not request any hashtags.

Examples include: this cobranded acquisition campaign, this social campaign, this holiday event, this collaboration with NYCGO, this Make-A-Wish ad, these web placements, along with print collateral, partner campaigns, and assets for international use (copy created to be translated).

Polar Notion // Project + Brand Managing

For Polar Notion, I wrote UX copy for web, socials, and ads pushing forward our brand to Code Schools nationally. I edited and assisted in the creation of the Code School handbook, written by PN CEO (you can find it here).

Additionally, I project managed all web app and mobile app development projects, connecting clients to the work, scoping projects, and performing Quality Assurance on Design and UX.


Flywheel Brands // Digital Work/UX Work

For Flywheel Brands, I created digital copy to enhance their customers’ website experience by harnessing the Flywheel Brand Tone of Voice on landing pages and customer experience. We’ve partnered on projects to clarify their sustainability messaging, and develop product descriptions and are working on an exciting new project coming soon.


Florence eBinders // Digital Writing

For Florence, I edited and contributed to posts like this, and performed a full content audit for their Learning Library to ensure voice consistency, brand consistency, and eliminate errors.


International Justice Mission // Communications

At IJM I was part of a thriving international communications team responsible for storytelling and fundraising for one of the biggest non-profit case-based organizations in the world. I often organized local outreach initiatives and served as a bridge between field offices and HQ and managed communication projects and packages.

There, I wrote casework updates and confidential internal press releases. I also edited, organized, and collaborated on projects including this story package. Every post and press release was required to abide by brand guidelines and TOV, as well as international coordination and communication.

Boosterthon

For Boosterthon/Booster, I wrote posts for their blog and spirit wear online presences. Posts included how-to and listicle-styled posts for school audiences (like this ). I also interviewed volunteers to provide copy for posts like this.
